Our shop is specialize in the best spanish ham. We have selected Iberian Cured hams, Iberian Acorn hams and Reserva Cured Hams to satisfy the most exigents gourmets.

All our products are selected in different breeding areas to produce an exquisite final product with its aroma, colour, texture and excellent flavour.

The breeding of the Iberian pig is done in large farms where animals are fed mainly on acorns to get the best result.

We have whole pieces, boneless pieces (whole and half) and sliced in sachets.

Iberian Acron Cured Ham

Comes from pork 100% Iberian, raised in pastures of Extremadura (free in the field) where their nourishment is based on acorns

Minimal time to be cured 36 months.

Weight between 7 and 8.5kg.

Iberian Cebo Cured Ham

Comes from pork 100% Iberian, raised in pastures of Extremadura (free in the field) where their nourishment is based on acorns and natural fodder to complete their feeding.

Minimal time to be cured 24 months.

Weight between 7 and 8.5kg.

Reserva Cured Ham

Comes from pigs selected which has been cured at least 16 months with few salt. This process is done in cellars to increase their flavour. This product meets the current regulations of the foundation Jamón Serrano Black Label.

Weight between 7 and 8.5kg.

Iberian Acorn Cured Shoulder Ham

Comes from pork 100% Iberian, raised in pastures of Extremadura (free in the field) where their nourishment is based on acorns

Minimal time to be cured 24 months.

Weight between 4kg -5.5 kg.

Iberian Cebo Cured Shoulder Ham

Comes from pork 100% Iberian, raised in pastures of Extremadura (free in the field) where their nourishment is based on acorns and natural fodder to complete their feeding.

Minimal time to be cured 18 months.

Weight between 5.5 and 4 kg.

Reserva Cured Shoulder Ham
