Tupí cheese

Soft cheese to spread. Strong and sharp flavour with a persistent liquor taste and fermented with olive oil. Original from Catalan Pyrenees. Comes from the old tradition of mountain shepherds. Presentation in ceramic jar.

Semi dry pure sheep cheese, low in salt

Semi cured cheese. Uniformed and compact texture. Mild taste. Suitable for people with high blood tension. Original from Castilla Leon. Presented in 3kg pieces

Semi dry pure sheep cheese

Cheese semi cured. Uniformed and compact texture. Gentle but intense flavour. From non pasteurized sheep's milk, to keep a more intense and traditional taste. Original from Zamora. Presented in 1kg and 3kg pieces, aprox.

Dry pure sheep cheese

Ivory colour, natural greased rind in olive oil and pure sheep milk flavor. The curation time is between 12 and 14 months. For dessert or appetizer, serve it at ambient temperature with character reserva wine . Original from Zamora. Presentation in pieces of 3 kg approx.

Dry pure sheep cheese in olive oil

Cheese made from raw milk. It has a unique traditional taste with strong texture and intense flavour. To be preserved in pure olive oil provides it an excellent touch to its already amazing taste. Presented in jars of 300 gr. Net.

Goat Cheese, low in salt and fat

Made from pasteurized goat milk, this cheese is low in fat and salt, its flavour reminds the traditional cheese, soft and pleasant. Ideal for low fat diets. Presented in a 3 kg pieces.

Goat Cheese, mouldy rind

Cheese made from pasteurized goat milk, white skin and moldy. It has creamy texture and no holes. Its low intensity flavour remembers the scent of the cellar. Its slightly sweet flavor, low in salt, remembers the taste of walnuts. Original from the Maestrazgo. It has won the national prize for the best spanish cheese

Cow Cheese

Cow soft cheese. Tetilla

Cheese produced in Galicia. Mild curation, made from pasteurized cow's milk. The rind is smooth, closed and yellow. The interior is compact and soft, without holes and yellowish. Its flavour is very mild, melts easily. Presented in pieces of 650 gr.

Dutch Maasdam cow cheese

Soft cheese flavour with a distinctive slightly nut taste. Its major feature is the inner holes that occur during the fermentation, the gas is generated by a bacteria added to the milk. Can be used for the preparation of dishes, roasts and blends, as for direct consumption. Original from Netherlands.

Gouda cow cheese

Cheese made from cow's milk, the paste is pressed semi-hard with small holes. Smooth and consistent rind. Their various curations (soft, semi-dry or dry), and different flavors (Cumin, herbs, nuts, low in salt and fat) do a cheese essential in all kinds of cheese tasting.

Irish Cheddar Vintage cow cheese
